We consider our employee qualifications to be the key to our success. DekaBank College offers a wide range of professional seminars to build your knowledge. In addition to learning a great deal of specialised knowledge, you also receive training in interpersonal skills. Employees (m/f) with management responsibilities can also take special courses and advanced training programs dealing with management duties.
