Life and work: 2007 Human Resources Management Award

Family and career: the Hertie Foundation audit

A harmonious family life grounds you, creates opportunities, and gives energy to each new day. Flexible working hours, childcare, and telecommuting are some of the opportunities we offer to assist you. In 2005, we took part in the “career and family audit” performed by the Hertie charitable foundation. Our human resources policy is now certified family-friendly. We received certification again in 2008.

Qualifications: 2006 International German Training Award

We place great value on the best possible qualifications. And if the ideal career training program does not exist for a position yet, we simply develop it ourselves. We do this so effectively that our model for training investment fund clerks received the “2006 International German Training Award” in the trainee development category.

Internship: Fair Company

Poorly paid internships? Not with us. We develop your potential and want your career to advance quickly. We are therefore a member of the “Fair Company” initiative of the Junge Karriere (Young Career) magazine.
