We assist you
Apprentices represent the future of the DekaBank Group, which is why we design your training to be as interesting as possible. We also provide assistance for you during your training. Personal contacts provide assistance at your workplace and during exciting projects in different departments, and are always available to answer your questions. You are starting to build your own network.
Your area of specialisation
At the end of your training you will have the opportunity to spend more time in your preferred departments. Our Luxembourg and Swiss locations also allow you to gain some foreign exposure.
If you would like to complement your training by continued academic studies, we offer you the opportunity to attend selected universities.
Additional qualifications
You can acquire additional qualifications after your training period has ended. We can provide assistance for work-related qualifications, such as investment specialist, or enable you to receive a scholarship from the Eberle-Buschkau Foundation.

Attractive fringe benefits
Because we always offer a little bit more, our apprentices receive lunch free of charge in our in-house cafeteria and a discount JobTicket public transport pass. We also offer you an apprentice room with computer and telephone where you can meet with your fellow apprentices. This is where you write your weekly reports and make preparations to carry out joint projects. Educational materials and office supplies are also naturally available.
Your remuneration
You begin earning a good income on the first day of your training. Your receive remuneration according to the current Collective Agreement. You receive a bonus of one month’s pay at the end of the year, capital-accumulation payments of EUR 40 per month, and are entitled to 30 vacation days per year.

What happens after you have applied?
If we find your personal profile attractive, but still have questions, we will request additional documents by email or post. After that, we arrange a time for our first telephone interview. If we are satisfied with your interview, you will soon receive an invitation to one of our recruiting days.
