DekaBank has been building its collection of twenty-first-century art since 2003. To date it comprises more than 850 paintings, photographs, sculptures, and installations and is one of the newest corporate collections in Frankfurt am Main. Our international art collection focuses on avant-garde trends and the exploration of new and non-established approaches to art. As a mirror of society, the collection is not meant to serve solely a prestige function, but, as a key component of corporate culture, it is also intended to reflect DekaBank’s social commitment. The artworks are displayed in the lobbies and corridors according to conceptual criteria and constitute part of the everyday experience of our employees, business partners, and customers.
Guided Art Tours
We offer guided tours as part of Kunst privat!, an initiative of the Hessian Ministry of Trade and Commerce and Private Art Kirchberg in Luxembourg. In addition, private groups can make an appointment to visit our art collection in the Trianon building in Frankfurt am Main. We offer tours of the collection’s highlights, thematically organized tours – such as our “Between Art an Life” or “On Nature's Trail” tours – as well as tours designed for children and young people.
